Did you know?

  • There are currently more than 80 different e-mail clients in use. Programming for all of these unique e-mail clients requires know how.

  • There are specific marketing words that will automatically land your e-mail in spam.

  • Your ISP will limit the number of e-mails you can send in a specific time-period. The limit on e-mails from a specific e-mail address is often less than 50 per hour.

  • Your e-mail list must only contain addresses of people who have said "yes" to receiving your e-marketing or newsletter. Using addresses that you found or purchased can have your e-mail locked by your ISP and possibly block the website associated with the e-mail.

  • Every e-mail that you send must provide the ability for the recipient to unsubscribe from your e-mail list.

  • Maintaining a clean list of valid e-mail addresses of individuals who continuously choose to be on your list is critical.

  • Tracking your e-mail can provide very valuable statistics about the specific individuals who have opened your e-mail, another list will show how many have followed your call to action, and a final list can show how many simply deleted your e-mail.
